Air Products is seeking a motivated professional to join our Project Resource and Outage Support (PROS) Group, where you'll play a vital role in supporting small capital projects valued under $5 million across our North American operations. In this role, you will contribute to strategic planning, turnaround preparation, and outage execution while helping ensure operational excellence at our Hydrogen (H?/HyCO) and Air Separation Unit (ASU) facilities. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving unique challenges, and are passionate about delivering results, we invite you to grow with us as we build a more sustainable future together!Hybrid work schedules are available.Job Responsibilities included but not limited to:Create assigned SAP project, route Capital Project Request, and monitor for approvalSubmit Capitalizations as directed on monthly WIP report. Provide status update for project engineers and gatekeeping reportSubmit Capital Asset Disposal Requests and monitor for approvalCreate capital project cost reports as directedClose SAP project structures as directedAct on reports from project accounting and accounts payable to update projects and resolve issues.Maintain an active list of sites with Cost Centers, Profit Centers, contract end dates, and DOAs for EGC region.SAP Power User for Project SystemsDesignate new worker SAP roles.Support users with complex questions and issues that may arise.Provide training as needed to new and existing resources within the group.Works professionally and harmoniously with co-workers, supervisors, management, support personnel, program participants, and business-related personsApplies positive and constructive attitude toward resolution of problems and conflictsAccepts direction, feedback, and supervisionDemonstrates ability to remain calm in demanding situationsAbility to work within and promote a teamwork philosophyMakes good use of time, completing assigned tasks in a timely mannerAbility to demonstrate and perform efficiently and reliably all categories of this document.Able to achieve various State mandated certifications (TWIC, OSHA, etc.) and other requirements as may be deemed necessary.Pass Criminal background investigation.
