Responsibilities Drive the development of written responses to Requests for Information (RFI), Request for Quotation (RFQ), Request for Proposal (RFP), and Sources Sought. Develop compelling proposal narratives that clearly articulate technical approaches, management plans, staffing solutions, corporate capabilities, and past performance. Translate complex technical and business concepts into clear, persuasive, customer-focused language. Driving and developing high-impact proposals spanning corporate advisory services, business transformations, and complex information technology initiatives (including cloud migration, cybersecurity, data analytics, and enterprise software implementation). Ensure proposal content conveys established win themes, company strengths and discriminators, and value proposition. Ensure compliance and responsiveness to request or solicitation requirements and evaluation criteria. Coordinate with delivery and growth teams to meet proposal deadlines and submission requirements. The ideal candidate possesses the technical literacy required to translate complex IT architecture into clear, value-driven client solutions. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. At least five (5) years of experience developing responses to Federal Government civilian RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs. Demonstrated experience supporting federal government contracting pursuits, preferably within consulting, professional services, or information technology environments. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail. Experience developing proposal content addressing technical, management, staffing, and past performance requirements. Proven ability to synthesize information from multiple contributors into a unified, cohesive narrative. Strong understanding of federal procurement processes and solicitation structures. Ability to interpret government requirements and develop content that is fully compliant and responsive. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting proposals for federal defense, intelligence, and/or health agencies. Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) certification or equivalent proposal management training. Experience supporting consulting and IT services proposals. General familiarity with federal contract vehicles, IDIQs, GWACs, BPAs, and task order competitions.
