Shift Manager

Position Overview The pay for this position is $22/hour + Tips + Bonus. At Five Guys, we serve outstanding burgers and fries in clean restaurants with a top-tier customer service approach. Responsibilities Shift managers are trained to perform all of the duties performed by the Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of the restaurant in the General Manager’s absence: ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned. What can you expect? Real work/life hours of operation. Most locations open at 11:00 am and close at 10:00 pm with no drive-thrus.
