Customer Service Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member

As a Customer Service Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member with Anthony Kondos - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Responsibilities

• Oversee the office operations pertaining to new and existing customer request and needs
• Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
• Train and mentor customer service representatives.

Qualifications

• Prior agency experience looking for a managerial role.
• Previous State Farm agency experience.
• Leadership and organizational skills.
• Communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to direct a team to complete the urgent and important of every day
• Property/Casualty/Life and Health licensed.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish and English (not required) but a major advantage.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Compensation: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
