Warehouse Worker

Warehouse Associate, 1st Shift M-F, $23/hr

Join our warehouse operations team in West Jefferson, OH, as a Warehouse Associate. This role is crucial to supporting our production and distribution processes. We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for pulling and packing orders, managing inventory, receiving materials, and ensuring accurate and timely shipments.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack products according to customer orders and specifications.
• Utilize hand-scanner and Warehouse Management System (WMS) to facilitate all pick, pack, and inventory actions.
• Inspect merchandise for quality and accuracy before packing.
• Prepare items for shipment, including proper packaging, labeling, and ensuring product safety during transit.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory counts.
• Prepare orders for loading onto trucks for delivery, following safety regulations.
• Comply with all warehouse safety regulations and guidelines.
• Collaborate with other warehouse staff to meet daily order fulfillment targets.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Essential Skills

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Jefferson, OH.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
