Field Service TechnicianThe Field Service Technician is a service ambassador, representing Cambria in a customer-facing role. In this position, you will be responsible for professionally interacting with customers, evaluating, documenting, and servicing Cambria.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Provide outstanding customer service to Cambria customersArticulate service solutions while setting proper expectationsEvaluate Cambria during on-site visits and perform service work as neededDocument and communicate on-site visit findings with the Regional Product RepresentativeOperate basic power tools (hand polishers, seam setters, etc.) while performing service work on CambriaMaintain supplies and keep tools and assets in good working conditionRepresent the company well while driving and maintaining the company vehiclePractice and promote Cambria's safety standardsPerforming other ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned by managementQualifications & Skills:Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills.Experience in a customer focused roleAccurate color perception requiredAbility to read blueprints, tape measures and operate an iPhoneStrong analytical and problem solving skillsValid Driver's License, will require motor vehicle background checkProfessional appearance and demeanor requiredMinimum Requirements:Education: High School diploma or equivalentExperience: Minimum 1-year experience in a field service or trade position preferredSystems: Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, ability to read technical drawings and documentsAdditional Requirements:Managerial Responsibilities: NoneTravel Requirements: Local and overnight travel requiredPhysical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 75 pounds daily, drive for long periods of time. Must be able to stand, bend and twist while performing service work.Cambria's starting hourly range for this position is $24.00 - $31.00. Hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position.
