Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in Labor and Delivery, Antepartum, and Mother Baby settings following AWHONN guidelines for staffing ratios
• Circulate in the OR for cesarean section procedures
• Titrate drips including Pitocin and Insulin per unit protocols
• Monitor and manage common high-risk diagnoses including preeclampsia, placenta previa, multiple gestations, and gestational diabetes
• Perform initial NRP resuscitation until NICU team arrives
• Float as needed to Antepartum (high-risk, 13-bed unit) and sister facilities within the region

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience
• Current NRP, CPR, ACLS, and STABLE certifications required
• Experience in LDR nursing and OR circulation for C-sections
• Ability to titrate Pitocin and Insulin drips

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Familiarity with Centricity Perinatal (GE) electronic fetal monitoring system
• Experience working in high-volume Labor and Delivery units
• Prior experience in high-risk Antepartum care
