Shift Manager

This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products but is a separate employer. Only the franchisee is responsible for employment matters at the restaurant. Shift Manager responsibilities include planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring quality, service and cleanliness, maintaining safety, security and profitability, communicating with incoming shift managers, and supporting departmental goal attainment. Key Responsibilities Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Must be 18 years or older. Flexible schedule, positive team player, strong passion for fast‑paced environment.
