Healthcare Litigation Associate Attorney | Chambers-Ranked Practice | Atlanta or DC

Our client, an Am Law 200 firm with more than 200 attorneys and offices in Atlanta and Washington, D.C. , is seeking a Healthcare Litigation Associate Attorney with 2–4 years of experience to join its nationally recognized Healthcare practice. The firm is open to candidates based in either its Atlanta or Washington, D.C. office.

The firm’s Healthcare practice is national in both scope and recognition and is widely regarded as one of the largest and most respected healthcare practices in the country. The practice is also Chambers-ranked , reflecting its reputation for sophisticated healthcare litigation work.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a collaborative team of experienced healthcare litigators and gain meaningful exposure to complex litigation matters affecting healthcare providers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of healthcare litigation experience in a law firm setting
• Experience representing healthcare providers in matters involving the False Claims Act (FCA), Certificate of Need (CON) proceedings, and healthcare regulatory disputes
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent academic credentials
• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience supporting multiple attorneys and collaborating within a team environment

Compensation:

The expected compensation range for this position is $225,000 – $300,000 , depending on experience.
