Outpatient Behavioral Health Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) Location: Killington, Vermont area   Job Responsibilities:\n

\n
• Provide psychiatric treatment and psychotherapy sessions
\n
• Conduct group therapy in a structured setting
\n
• Administer medication therapy and family therapy
\n
• Lead support group meetings and relapse prevention programs
\n
• Collaborate with inpatient care teams and provide outpatient therapeutic services
\n

Minimum Qualifications:\n

\n
• Master’s degree in nursing or Graduate of an AMA approved Physician Assistant educational program
\n
• 2 years of Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant experience in the specialty area
\n
• Licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in Vermont or certification as a Physician Assistant
\n

Required Skills and Abilities:\n

\n
• Ability to assess medical conditions and interpret findings
\n
• Strong record-keeping and report-writing skills
\n
• Knowledge of quality assurance and continuous improvement practices
\n
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
\n
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
\n
