ERP Functional Team Lead – HR/Payroll Skanska is searching for a ERP Functional Team Lead – HR/Payroll. This role combines hands‑on functional expertise with leadership responsibility to ensure stable operations, effective delivery, and continuous improvement of business processes. The ERP Functional Team Lead leads a team of functional specialists supporting JD Edwards and related ERP technologies across Human Resources and Payroll domains.
