Seeking an OB Hospitalist to join a well-respected practice in Brownsville, Texas.

Job description:
• Two- 24 hour shifts/week
• x2 weekends/month
• Coverage of one private practice only
• During call, must be on-site at hospital

Practice:
• x3 OBGYNs
• Tenured staff to include a NP
• x 3 days/week in Office
• x2 days/week in OR and L&D
• Call: x1 weekend/month
• In-office procedures
• Minimally invasive procedures which include laparoscopic surgery
• 3D & 4D Ultrasound
• Office located across street from hospital
• The physicians love to mentor!
• Family-oriented
• Robotics interest is a plus

Incentive/Benefits Package:
• $/24-hour call
• Employed by the practice
• Paid malpractice insurance
• 50% coverage of medical insurance premium
• All renewal fees for medical license, DEA, etc....
• Texas has tort reform and No state income taxes

• The Women's Pavilion specializes in obstetrics and neonatology and offers labor/delivery suites, newborn nurseries and cheerful, home-like birthing rooms.
