Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess each patient's unique needs and create personalized therapy strategies to help them reach their functional aspirations.

Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based methods to enhance patients' physical abilities, cognitive skills, and daily living activities.

Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Work closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, integrated care.

Educate Patients and Families: Provide guidance to patients and their caregivers on therapeutic strategies that support continued progress outside of therapy sessions.

Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure patients are on the right path to recovery.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.

Ongoing education and post-graduate certifications are encouraged and financially supported.

Current, valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is a must.

Strong passion for helping others achieve their highest potential and independence.
