Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Description Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient centered care utilizing established nursings frameworks. In collaboration with medical providers and other members of the care team, the RN provides individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care. Responsibilities Assess patient pain regulary to promote effective pain management, including reassessments after appropriate intervention. Performs exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests. Strives to anticipate patient needs and resolve them proactively. Teaches patients/families/caregivers about paitent meical condition, patient status, treatment plan, medications and possible side effects, and follow up measures. Teaches patients and families about non medicinal follow up measures, such as healthy diet and exercised, disease prevention, and other lifestyle changes. Prepares patients for future self-management. Qualifications 1+ years Recent ER Acute Care (within the last year) RN experience | Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license — either a multi-state compact license or an applicable single-state RN license for the specific state of practice.
