Fundraising Manager

O2 Employment Services is working with a well-established nonprofit organization to find their next Fundraising Manager in Redding, CA. This full-time opportunity is ideal for an experienced professional who is passionate about building community relationships, developing successful fundraising strategies, and making a meaningful impact throughout the North State. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader and relationship builder with experience in fundraising, development, sales, or account management. They will be organized, results-driven, and comfortable managing campaigns, overseeing budgets, and leading a team to achieve fundraising goals. $73,000–$80,000 annually, depending on experience Full-time, exempt position Located in Redding, CA Long-term career opportunity Develop and manage fundraising campaigns, including direct mail, email, digital fundraising, and special initiatives Build and maintain relationships with individual donors, corporate sponsors, and community partners Lead, mentor, and support a team of Major Donor Officers Oversee donor engagement, retention, stewardship, and major gift opportunities Manage fundraising budgets, revenue goals, and campaign performance Identify and pursue grant opportunities, including applications, deadlines, and reporting Develop corporate sponsorships and partnerships throughout the North State Monitor donor activity, fundraising trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to support fundraising initiatives Maintain accurate donor records and reporting through CRM systems Minimum 3 years of experience in fundraising, development, sales, account management, or another revenue-generating role Previous leadership or team management experience required Experience managing budgets and working toward measurable revenue goals Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills Ability to develop effective systems, analyze data, and improve processes Experience managing outside vendors or agencies Comfortable utilizing AI tools to improve productivity and efficiency Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience Familiarity with donor management software or CRM platforms; DonorPerfect experience is a plus Experience with grant writing, donor stewardship, or planned giving preferred CFRE certification or pursuit of a fundraising credential is a plus Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and ability to meet company vehicle insurance requirements Ability to successfully complete pre-employment screening, including a drug test Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities required of the employee.
