Join our team of problem solvers as we add new chapters to the history of spaceflight!This role supports the development and operations of New Glenn, a single-configuration, heavy-lift orbital launch vehicle capable of routinely carrying people and payloads to low-Earth orbit, geostationary transfer orbit, cislunar, and beyond. Its first stage is fully reusable, and the vehicle was designed from the beginning to be human-capable.As part of a passionate and accomplished team, you will be working at the intersection of program management, engineering, integrated supply chain, finance and quality organizations, improving team effectiveness and coordination, and ensuring that the right people are working together to solve problems and deliver results on time.You will report directly to the Sr Manager of Ullage Systems for the 4E upper stage of New Glenn, and directly support all aspects of project management to include cost, schedule, technical design, risk & opportunity, change management, and cross-functional coordination.You will use your project management and engineering skills to organize schedules and program plans to ensure development, qualification, and production hardware is delivered and support the New Glenn build flow. You will use your technical background to understand and effectively communicate with Blue Origin engineering and production internal organizations. You will be accountable as a TPM for planning, executing, and monitoring projects according to strict deadlines as well as integrating with the overall vehicle programs. You will present status, risks & opportunities, variances, and recovery plans to engineering and program management, as well as interfacing with various stakeholders within Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, and other organizations. You will manage the coordination of demand, prioritization, and timely execution of the Fluid Systems hardware builds in concert with multifunctional teams across the country.
