Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Maintenance Specialists for a manufacturing company in Alexandria, MN. In this role, youll help maintain facility operations, support equipment reliability, and ensure a safe, clean, and productive work environment. What You'll Do as a Maintenance Specialist:

• Perform building and grounds maintenance throughout the facility
• Oversee maintenance and repairs of manufacturing equipment and maintain maintenance logs
• Troubleshoot and complete mechanical, electrical, and construction-related maintenance tasks
• Coordinate and schedule work with vendors for facility services, repairs, remodeling, and HVAC maintenance
• Follow OSHA regulations, Lockout/Tagout procedures, and company safety policies
• Set up and tear down equipment and materials for company meetings and events
• Assist with Assembly and Fabrication operations as needed

What You Need to Bring to the Maintenance Specialist Role:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 3 years of facilities, maintenance, or related experience
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and construction aptitude
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices
• Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and/or drug screen, if required
