Job Requirements Must Have:
- Site Reliability Engineering and system reliability optimization
- GitLab CI/CD and HashiCorp Vault secrets management
- Implementation of AIOps use cases and self-healing rules
- Automated diagnostics and resolution service integration
- Observability integration (AWS CloudWatch, Grafana, Datadog)
- Incident triaging and root cause analysis using AI
- Continuous improvement through ERASe methodology
