Schedule service appointments for customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Communicate clearly with customers regarding service details, estimated times, and any special instructions. Coordinate with the service department to confirm availability and manage the appointment schedule. Address customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and a focus on solutions. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and appointments. Requirements Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred. Proven experience in a customer service or appointment setting role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
