Certified Workday HCM Consultant

To support a growing practice, the full-time Sr. Workday HCM Reporting Consultant will lead client engagements, implement reporting solutions, and provide post-production support for various HCM areas, all while working remotely. Key Responsibilities: Act as a lead consultant on multiple client engagements with limited direction Understand client business requirements and guide them through design, configuration, and testing phases Provide exceptional customer service to build lasting relationships with clients Required Qualifications: Workday certifications in HCM Core, Reporting, and at least one additional area (e.g., Benefits, Talent and Performance) Minimum of 2 years of experience as a lead Workday Reporting consultant at a partner firm Experience leading at least two Workday Phase 1 implementations and two Phase X implementations Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Detailed understanding of Workday reporting processes and best practices
