Blazer Jobs is partnering with school districts in the Minneapolis area to hire a qualified Physical Therapist for the upcoming Fall Semester. This position will support students in school-based settings by providing therapeutic services that promote mobility, independence, and access to educational environments.
We are seeking a collaborative and student-centered professional who is passionate about helping students achieve functional success within the classroom and school community.

Responsibilities
•Provide physical therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
•Conduct evaluations and contribute to multidisciplinary assessment processes
•Develop treatment plans focused on mobility, motor development, positioning, and functional participation within the school setting
•Collaborate with teachers, Special Education staff, related service providers, and families
•Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records
•Assist with adaptive equipment recommendations and implementation
•Support students across a variety of disability categories and age groups
Qualifications
•Active Minnesota Physical Therapist license required
•Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
•Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
•Strong communication and collaboration skills
•Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary educational teams
