This isn't just a "parts-pulling" job; it is a multifaceted leadership position designed for someone who knows their way around an engine bay as well as they know their way around a profit and loss statement. You will be the bridge between our technicians and our customers, ensuring every repair is high-quality, transparent, and efficient.

As our Parts Manager & Shop Assistant, you oversee the daily flow of the shop, ensuring our Master Technicians have exactly what they need to succeed.

• Operational Control: Prioritize technician workflow to maximize efficiency and maintain a safe, organized work environment.

• Quality Assurance: Act as a final set of eyes, inspecting repairs through our mandatory Phase 4 Quality Check process to ensure they meet our strict standards for safety and reliability.

• Strategic Procurement: Manage vendor relationships and negotiate pricing to keep costs controlled while ensuring zero downtime for technicians.

• Hands-On Support: Assist technicians directly with diagnostics and repairs when a job needs an extra set of skilled hands to keep the shop moving.

• Workflow Mastery: Manage all parts check-ins, documentation, and core tracking through Tekmetric, our advanced shop management software.
