Your Role - What You'll Accomplish

• Conduct a variety of routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests including chemistry, hematology, and immunology, adhering to established protocols.
• Critically analyze test results for accuracy, resolve any issues, and carry out preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Assisting with specimen collection and preparing samples for testing whenever necessary.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of all procedures, serve as a resource to train new personnel or students, and help uphold the highest quality standards of the laboratory.
• Ensure a hygienic and secure work space while following regulatory and accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health qualification, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be acquired within one year of starting the position.
• Maintain your certification diligently throughout your employment.
