As a Pre-Kindergarten Teacher, you'll embark on an exciting journey of discovery alongside our little learners. You'll build trusted relationships with families as you provide nurturing care and help children develop their foundation. - Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that are created for you

- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
- Support children's individual learning needs and encourage their social and emotional growth
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must pass a satisfactory comprehensive background check (including fingerprinting) before working with children
- Must complete Georgia's 10-hour DECAL-required health and safety training (completed during onboarding if hired — no action needed to apply)
- Must complete the state-required pre-service orientation before working alone with children
- Must obtain current pediatric CPR and First Aid certification within the first 45 days of employment (we help schedule this during your two weeks of onboarding)
- Must complete ongoing annual training hours as required by the state
- Must provide documentation of good physical and mental health to safely care for children
- One of the following is preferred: a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, a Technical College Certificate in ECE, or equivalent education and experience
- Experience working with young children is strongly preferred, ideally with pre-kindergarten-aged children
- If Seeking Career Switchers: no prior experience required — training will be provided
Shift Schedule: Various shifts between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.; exact shift assigned once hired. Ready to Make a Difference?
