It is well-established, serving women in San Marcos and surrounding areas for over 20 years. The practice is affiliated with Cristus Santa Rosa Hospital, which offers hospitalist support, robotics for GYN surgeries, and 24/7 anesthesia. It offers a competitive compensation package and opportunities for professional growth. Practice Highlights Growing practice offering comprehensive women’s health services. Single office location and hospital affiliation with Cristus Santa Rosa Hospital, which features a Level 2 NICU, OB/GYN hospitalist support, women’s health subspecialists, and da Vinci robotic surgical system. Successful over 20-year history from a financial and patient care perspective. Strong, diverse patient base built over time. Patient census: 25 daily. Average 12-15 deliveries per month. Competitive salary and income guarantee for the first 2 years. Potential for productivity-based income exceeding $400K. $30K sign-on bonus and $30K retention bonus.
