Physical Therapist - Travel Position
Location: North Richland Hills, TX
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule: Day shift, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with weekend rotations.
Job Description: Join our team as a Physical Therapist and make a significant impact on patient recovery in an inpatient rehabilitation and acute hospital setting. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the opening of a brand new, state-of-the-art facility, assisting in program development while focusing on exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial evaluations and develop treatment plans.
- Implement treatment progression and ensure quality indicators are met.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team during conferences for effective care planning.
- Engage in discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions for patients.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Active Physical Therapist license.
- Inpatient rehabilitation experience is mandatory.
- Acute care experience is preferred.
- Former experience with HCA or similar healthcare systems is a plus.
