Medical Device Assembler

Job Summary: The Clean Room Assembler is responsible for assembling and building medical device products, including orthopedic implants and instruments, in a controlled cleanroom environment. This role ensures strict adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols, with a strong focus on product quality and patient safety. Key Responsibilities: Assemble orthopedic implants and instruments according to established procedures and specifications Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet required standards Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with cleanroom standards Follow all company policies, quality procedures, and regulatory requirements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot manufacturing issues Contribute to process improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives Meet production targets while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, and internal quality standards Document work performed and maintain production records as required Required Skills: Strong manual dexterity and ability to work with small tools and components High attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions Basic understanding of quality control processes Ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong organizational and communication skills Commitment to quality, safety, and professionalism Preferred Skills: Experience in medical device or orthopedic implant manufacturing Knowledge of FDA regulations and ISO standards Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement practices Experience working in a cleanroom environment Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required Technical or vocational training preferred Education: High School
