Master Planner with ACTIVE Secret Clearance (US Citizenship REQUIRED)

Title Master Planner with ACTIVE Secret Security Clearance (US Citizenship REQUIRED) Rate Range: $50/hr - $130.00 Hourly OTCA W2 (no health benefits/no Paid PTO while on contract-an hour worked is an hour paid) Location: Onsite in Palmdale, CA 93550 (no relocation package) Security Clearance: Secret, Active Secret Required Duration: 12+ month contract or contract to hire No C2C, we can NOT work with outside agencies/vendors, and we can NOT do 1099-US CITIZENSHIP IS REQUIRED Responsibilities This position provides planning/scheduling support to meet multiple mission requirements located in multiple locations. Candidate will assist in the development and maintenance of components of the Program Integrated Master Schedule, including proposal schedule development, review/support Statement of Work and Basis of Estimate development. Advises the Program Management team when and if a contractual impact is expected or when critical events have happened, including factors which may impact delivery or cost. Ensure Communication and Cross-coordination with IPTs. Candidate will have experience utilizing Critical Path Methodology and how to apply it in schedule network development and analysis. Candidate will develop/refine knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM). Position interacts across a variety of program functional organizations such as engineering, procurement, contracts, business management and production. Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to work in a team environment. Possess ability to prepare status reports, metrics and make presentations as required. Must be self-starter and have demonstrated Program Planning and Scheduling hands on experience. Additional responsibilities will be assigned as required.
