Provider Relations Specialist

Managing offshore vendor relationships, the full-time Offshore Provider Relations Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations of contact center support, ensuring compliance with policies, performance metrics, and service level agreements in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Oversee onboarding and offboarding of offshore provider team members while managing call quality metrics Monitor vendor performance, resolve daily issues, and maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders Participate in committees and process improvement teams to enhance quality and customer satisfaction Required qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in the health insurance industry Demonstrated experience in offshore vendor relations Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and contact center software/tools Experience in provider and/or contact center operations Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
