Research Associate, MedTech Reimbursement & Market Access

IQVIA seeks a Research Associate to support reimbursement and market access consulting for medical device and diagnostic companies. The role involves conducting healthcare policy research, analyzing payer environments, and developing client deliverables to help products achieve reimbursement and market adoption.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research on Medicare, Medicaid, and private-payer coverage, coding, and payment policies
- Perform literature searches, evidence landscape reviews, and evidence-gap assessments for clients
- Support market opportunity assessments evaluating clinical, economic, and reimbursement drivers
- Develop client deliverables including analyses, payer materials, and stakeholder-facing assets
- Present research findings to internal teams and clients; incorporate feedback and track project progress
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in health economics, public health, health policy, epidemiology, economics, or related field
- Strong research, analytical, quantitative, and writing skills with ability to interpret complex information
- Familiarity with evidence-generation concepts including literature review and health economics
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and work accurately with supervision
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and professional demeanor
- Prior healthcare, medical technology, consulting, or research experience preferred
