Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist
Our organization is on the lookout for a dedicated and empathetic Physical Therapist to become a part of our Healthcare & Medical Services team. This position involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing the well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Assess residents' physical conditions and needs.
- Create tailored treatment plans to promote rehabilitation.
- Administer therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and independence.
- Work collaboratively with nursing and caregiving teams.
- Document patient progress and outcomes accurately.
- Provide education and support to residents and their families.
- Ensure adherence to all clinical guidelines and standards.
- Valid Physical Therapy license.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably with senior populations.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
