Lean Operations Manager: Capex & Process Improvement
Oldcastle Infrastructure
CRH Americas Building Products is seeking a manufacturing process improvement professional to lead lean initiatives and capital projects across North America, with travel to sites in NC, PA, CT and NY. The role focuses on improving profitability, throughput and quality by optimizing production methods and plant layouts. You will mentor plant teams, lead kaizen and 5S training, and develop detailed business cases for capital investments while ensuring alignment with the Operational Excellence #J-18808-Ljbffr Oldcastle Infrastructure
