Interns will be scheduled to work up to 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri business hours. This is a remote, work from home position. Remote work is currently only approved for residents living in the following states: AL, AK, AR, AZ, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, LA, KS, KY, ME, MI, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI, WV, WY. Pay Range: $21.00 - $21.00 We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our People and Culture team. This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. You'll work closely with experienced professionals and gain exposure to real-world HR practices in a dynamic and supportive environment. Major Responsibilities:

* Assist with posting job openings and screening resumes * Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications * Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires * Help maintain employee records and HR databases * Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events * Assist with HR reporting and data analysis * Contribute to process improvement projects and HR documentation * Provide general administrative support to the HR team * Practical experience in core HR functions * Mentorship from experienced HR professionals * Exposure to HR systems and tools * Networking opportunities within the organization * A chance to contribute to meaningful HR initiatives

Education Required:

* Enrolled in an accredited College or University as Incoming Junior or Incoming Senior Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

* Current enrollment with junior or senior status at a regional accredited college or university. Interns are expected to be in the process of obtaining an undergraduate degree * Grade point average of at least 2.5. * Good communication skills, both written and verbal. * Strong attention to detail. * Demonstrated ability in successfully completing tasks. * Strong teamwork skills. * Effective multitasking and prioritization skills. * Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Excel. * Must demonstrate integrity, maturity, dependability, a positive attitude and enthusiasm.
