Job Title

Registered Nurse – Cardiac Cath Lab / EP

Location

Canton, OH

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Four 10-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for patients undergoing diagnostic, interventional, and emergency Cardiac Cath procedures
• Perform assignments as a circulator, scrub, or monitor nurse within the Cardiac Cath Lab
• Cover the holding area and/or EP Lab as required
• Complete ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety assessments during orientation with an acceptable passing score

Required Qualifications

• Active Ohio RN license or active compact state license in hand at time of submission
• Minimum 18 months of permanent experience in Cardiac Cath Lab nursing
• Active AHA BLS and ACLS certifications (no pending renewals)
• Active NIHSS certification
• Two professional references from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty, from assignments within the past 12 months

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Xper (Wit) imaging system
• Experience with EPIC electronic health records
