PERSONAL INJURY LITIGATION PARALEGAL
COLUMBUS, GA

Our client needs a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal who has experience and can:

Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial.
Draft pleadings, discovery requests/responses, motions, and correspondence.
Obtain, organize, and summarize medical records, bills, and accident documentation.
Maintain case files, calendars, deadlines, and attorney schedules.
Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel.
Prepare demand letters and settlement packages.
Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit lists, witness files, and trial notebooks.
Ensure timely follow-up on case tasks and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications:

Prior personal injury litigation experience preferred (small-firm experience a plus).
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle a fast-paced caseload.
