In this role, you’ll combine your Salesforce expertise with strong business acumen to design scalable processes, improve operational efficiency, and enable data-driven decisions across our global go-to-market teams.You’ll partner closely with BizApps, GTM Organization, and Sales Operations & Finance to streamline operations, improve visibility, and ensure our systems support predictable, sustainable growth.Your ImpactAt SolarWinds, our RevOps team powers the systems, processes, and data that help our go-to-market teams win. As a GTM Senior Analyst, you will be the first line of support for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams. You’ll own the GTM Analytical Support, improve forecasting, align data, resolve operational issues, support ad hoc requests, and help keep our revenue engine running smoothly.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, process execution, and delivering practical solutions that make teams more productive every day.ResponsibilitiesSupport GTM Teams: Handle ad hoc operational requests, including reporting updates, data corrections, and process clarifications.Maintain Data Quality: Perform routine data hygiene tasks, monitor system health, and ensure clean, accurate, and actionable data.Enable Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to solve problems and improve processes.Document & Improve Processes: Update SOPs, maintain knowledge base articles, and suggest improvements to reduce recurring issues.Support Operational Rhythms: Assist with weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting, forecasting, and pipeline reviews.Lead end-to-end operational analytics: Collaborate across sales, finance, and customer success functions, integrating data from Salesforce, NetSuite, and internal systems to drive decision-making.Built and maintain executive dashboards and KPI reporting: Create executive views in Tableau, delivering real-time visibility into pipeline health, revenue performance, and operational efficiency.Develop advanced Excel models: (pivot tables, Power Query, financial forecasting, scenario analysis) to support strategic planning and business reviews.Optimize Salesforce data structure and reporting: Support GTM forecast accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and sales productivity metrics.Automated recurring reporting: Improve processes, reduce manual effort, and improve data integrity across systems.Created standardized reporting frameworks: Align and document data processed and outputs to ensure consistency, governance, and audit readiness.Presented insights and recommendations to senior leadership: Support GTM organization and influence strategic initiatives and operational priorities.Required Qualifications5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or related GTM support role.Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including navigation, reporting, troubleshooting, and basic data management.Hands-on experience with TableauStrong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests efficiently.Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.Comfort in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment.US CitizenPreferred QualificationsExperience with GTM tools such as Outreach, ZoomInfo, Clari, Gong, Marketo/Pardot, or Gainsight.Experience with ticketing systems like Zendesk, Jira, or ServiceNow.Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and cleanup.Familiarity with SaaS GTM processes, including lead routing, opportunity stages, and renewals.What Success Looks LikeAnalytics support requests are resolved accurately and on time.GTM teams rely on you as their trusted operational partner.Data quality and reporting accuracy improve consistently.Tableau visualizations improve GTM efficiency.Salesforce support improves hygiene and forecasting accuracy.Recurring issues decrease thanks to process improvements and documentation.You grow into more advanced RevOps responsibilities, preparing for senior roles.SolarWinds is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
