Overview Provide exceptional, high‑quality, compassionate care and support to patients in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. Help patients rebuild strength, mobility, and confidence as they progress toward recovery. Responsibilities Provide direct inpatient care to patients requiring physical therapy. Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns. Build meaningful relationships with patients by taking the time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery. Celebrate victories throughout the rehabilitation journey. Qualifications Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations. CPR certification. Master’s degree preferred; or Bachelor’s degree plus sufficient experience in the field.
