Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Machine Operator to support manufacturing operations in a production environment. This position is responsible for preparing materials, operating production equipment, trimming finished products, and maintaining quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.

Job Description

• Prepare metal inserts by sandblasting, taping, and applying adhesive.
• Trim and finish rubber components according to specifications.
• Operate extruders and other production equipment used in the preparation and processing of raw materials.
• Maintain equipment and ensure raw material requirements are met according to production orders.
• Follow established quality standards and procedures to ensure the production of high-quality parts.
• Read, understand, and follow written work instructions, production documents, and drawings.
• Assist with equipment setup, operation, and basic maintenance activities.
• Train and support other employees by sharing knowledge of equipment, procedures, and production processes.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilit ies as assigned within the scope of the position.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

S kills Required

• Ability to read, understand, and follow written work instructions and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work safely and comply with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing or shop-floor environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, or shop-floor experience.
• Experience with machine operation, rubber molding, or production equipment.
• Familiarity with hand tools such as knives and grinders.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production workflows.

Education

• High school diploma or GED required

Pay Rate

• $17 per hour (Compensation will be offered based on experience, skills, and market factors)
