Clinical Nurse Educator

Provide education through in-services (account calls) to HCPs and HCP staff on product specific information Present educational programs to Healthcare Professionals in accordance with the needs of each office Engage in program related communications with client’s field-based sales force Communicate to the Manager any concerns identified during the in-service education process Accurate and timely reporting of all visits Report on interactions with HCPs and HCP staff Complete all required administrative responsibilities in a timely manner Coordinate and schedule travel to oncology offices Develop and strengthen relationships with key customers Attend and complete all training courses and related competency assessments Attend local and national meetings and/or conferences as required Maintain all company equipment and materials accordingly Comply with all Inizio Policies and Procedures and Client Policies and Procedures Maintain professional registration and/or licensing as required by applicable state laws Possess a full valid US driver’s license at all times Requirements Active nursing license in good standing in at least one state At least three (3) years of oncology nursing experience Chemotherapy infusion experience required Strong problem-solving skills Demonstrable organizational skills and/or previous territory management preferred Self-starter with high personal motivation Valid motor vehicle license and proof of insurance Ability to travel, including overnight travel Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in oncology nursing with a focus on chemotherapy infusion and effective communication with healthcare professionals. Maintains compliance with state licensing requirements and company policies while managing territory and client relationships.
