As an Unarmed Security Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor access points, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support badge and access control processes while delivering exceptional customer service and clear communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Sat 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Sun 04:00 PM - 04:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing and industrial production areas, warehouses, access points, parking areas, and the facility perimeter. Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and report unauthorized entry or unusual activity according to site procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting actions taken. Complete detailed activity reports, patrol logs, and incident documentation while helping to deter theft, trespassing, and property damage. Minimum Requirements: Access control/badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
