RN- Regional ED Float Pool - Night Shift

Maintains patients rights and confidentiality of patient information. Position Details: MERCY: Springfield and Surrounding Communities Department: Regional Resource/Float Pool (Emergency Department) Status: Full Time & Part Time Shift: Nights #BeAMercyNurse Incentives PTO/Vacation Time : PTO Frontload up to 40 Hours Regional Resource Shift Incentive : Variable Shift Differentials : $2.00/Evenings, $4.20/Nights, $2.20/Weekends Benefits : Day-One Comprehensive Medical, Vision & Dental Insurance Retirement : 401(k) Employer-Matched Retirement Funds Referral Bonus Opportunity : $3,000 for experienced nurses Stay Premium : Active after 2 years with Mercy Overview Mercy is currently seeking experienced nurses for Regional Resource RNs . Availability of shifts include full-time and part-time night shift. Nurses in these roles will be able to self-schedule and must be able and willing to travel to surrounding Mercy facilities within 90 miles from their home address. Facilities available include: Springfield Joplin Carthage Aurora Cassville Mountain View Lebanon Mercy Ortho Hospital (Ozark, MO) Currently, the only units available in this role is the Emergency Department (Nights) . Qualifications Education: Graduate of a state approved professional nurse program. Licensure: Current RN licensure with State Board of Nursing in the applicable state of practice or current temporary work permit in the applicable state of practice. Experience: 3 years of RN experience in the Emergency Department within the past 12 months. Certifications: ED: BLS, ACLS, & PALS Physical Requirements: Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs on a regular basis. Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift. Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
