We’re looking for a proactive and personable **Filipino Recruiter** to help attract and hire top talent. This role is perfect for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow, even if you have no prior recruiting experience.

**Responsibilities:**

* Assist in developing and implementing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
* Source potential candidates through online platforms, networking, and direct outreach.
* Screen resumes and support initial interview processes.
* Coordinate interviews and assist with candidate communications.
* Maintain an organized talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
* Collaborate with department leads to understand staffing requirements.
* Support the full recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
* Update and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) as needed.

**Requirements:**

* No prior experience required; we value attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Friendly, approachable personality with a positive, team-oriented mindset.
* Familiarity with ATS or HR software is a plus but not required.
