About the Role

As a Store Manager, you'll play a critical role in delivering high-quality grooming services to our pet friends. You'll ensure dogs receive exceptional care while helping other team members complete their grooming services and also learn from you in a positive, professional environment. What You'll Do

The Store Manager is a vital position at Scenthound, offering strong leadership, sales expertise, and exceptional customer service. This position requires:

• Management experience Be a Mentor & a Coach
• Customer Service Experience (Retail and Restaurant)
• Membership-based business Experience (Orange Theory, Stretch Zone, etc)
• Sales Experience especially in Membership Sales; Up Sell and Cross Sell
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing groomers, as required
• Support a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
• Maintain a positive, team-oriented atmosphere that fosters learning and open communication
• Monitor workflow, help where needed, ensure smooth daily operations, make improvement recommendations where needed
• Uphold all sanitation and safety standards to protect dogs and team members

What We're Looking For

We are searching for a Rockstar Manager who leads with integrity, honesty, and compassion. A successful GM is an independent problem solver, adaptable, detail-oriented, and a compassionate dog lover! We are looking for a HANDS-ON leader who can manage the day-to-day operations of the Scenter with emphasis on critical KPI's: Schedule Adherence, Labor Efficiency Ratio, Average Ticket Price, Rebook Ratio, etc. The person needs to be passionate about building a business. They need to be someone who is looking to grow into a GM of Operations overseeing multiple stores as we grow our business in the next 2 years and move to a salaried position.
