Data Center Supplier Site Manager (Low Voltage & Fiber Infrastructure)

Job Description

Job Description

Supplier Site Manager

1 opening | Onsite Red Oak, Texas | Monday-Friday, 8-5 | $80.00/hour

Role Overview

The Supplier Site Manager leads the onsite supplier team supporting the Red Oak low-voltage vendor-oversight program. The manager provides weekday governance for the four Lead QALVEs and four QALVE Technicians, drives staffing continuity across the four crews, and serves as the primary delivery interface for Oracle and supplier leadership. This role manages the 24/7 operating model but is not planned as shift relief.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead workforce planning, staffing, schedule adherence, coverage-gap escalation, timekeeping coordination, and onboarding for the eight shift personnel.

· Establish consistent inspection, documentation, escalation, handoff, and quality-walkdown practices across front/back day/night crews.

· Review crew performance, documentation completeness, remediation aging, repeat quality issues, and shift handoff quality; coach Leads and Technicians to close identified gaps.

· Provide clear stakeholder reporting on staffing, coverage, quality trends, open NCRs/punch items, remediation status, risks, and decisions requiring Oracle involvement.

· Coordinate with Oracle DCBT site leadership, Oracle FTE escalation points, low-voltage vendors, and supplier delivery leadership while preserving Oracle decision authority.

· Maintain a safe, secure, professional onsite operating environment and ensure readiness for Oracle-required training, access, ESD, fiber-cleanliness, and site processes.

· Escalate material staffing, safety, vendor-performance, quality, documentation, schedule, and capacity risks in time for Oracle action.

Ideal Candidate Profile

· Demonstrated leadership of rotating 24/7 teams in a data-center, construction, infrastructure, facilities, or comparable critical-environment program.

· Working knowledge of low-voltage/structured-cabling delivery, field QA documentation, vendor coordination, and issue escalation.

· Comfortable with workforce planning, performance coaching, executive-ready status reporting, and operating within defined client decision authority.

What Success Looks Like

· All four crews are staffed, prepared, and operating to the same inspection and documentation standard.

· Coverage gaps, recurring quality issues, and aging remediation items are surfaced early with a clear owner and Oracle escalation path.

· Oracle receives concise, reliable visibility into staffing, execution, documentation quality, and risk.
