We are hiring a professional communicator who knows how to get things done.
This is not a customer service position. It is not a case management role. It is not a "check in and see how things are going" position.
Your job is to speak with families, providers, and prospective clients, gather information, obtain required documents, drive the enrollment process forward, and ensure items are completed accurately and on time.
You will spend much of your day on the phone.
The right person enjoys phone conversations, can quickly establish credibility, asks direct questions, follows up consistently, and is comfortable holding people accountable to deadlines and commitments.
Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound enrollment and onboarding calls
• Guide families and providers through the various requirements to become certified
• Obtain required documentation and information
• Follow up aggressively and professionally on incomplete files
• Maintain accurate records and tracking
• Keep enrollment pipelines moving
• Identify obstacles and resolve them quickly
• Communicate clearly and confidently with a wide variety of people

This Role Is Not For People Who

• Prefer text and email communication
• Avoid follow-up conversations

• Have difficulty asking people for action items or commitments
Requirements
• Proven experience in enrollment, intake, sales, recruiting, admissions, collections, account management, staffing, or another phone-intensive role
• Strong administrative and computer skills
• Ability to manage a high volume of conversations and follow-up activity
• Professional communication skills
• Strong attention to detail

- You are comfortable spending several hours per day on the phone.
- You have experience managing a pipeline of people, files, or accounts requiring follow-up.
- You can provide examples of driving outcomes through phone communication.
