Technical Project Manager

Seneca Resources is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and oversee enterprise-level technology initiatives within a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role is ideal for a highly organized and collaborative project management professional who excels at driving cross-functional projects, managing stakeholder relationships, and delivering technology solutions on time and within scope.

The Technical Project Manager will oversee multiple concurrent projects, coordinate with technical and business teams, manage project financials, and ensure successful execution of key organizational initiatives. This position requires strong communication skills, proven leadership experience, and the ability to navigate complex technical projects while building strong business partnerships across departments.

This is a remote opportunity with the potential to convert to a full-time permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for multiple technology initiatives
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resource requirements
• Drive project execution while ensuring alignment with business goals and organizational priorities
• Manage project accounting activities, including invoice tracking, budget oversight, and financial reporting
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications
• Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery
• Support organizational change management and implementation activities
• Monitor project performance metrics and ensure adherence to quality standards
• Utilize ServiceNow for project tracking, workflow management, and reporting
• Collaborate with internal business units to support enterprise technology initiatives

Required Skills/Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• 3–5+ years of hands-on technical project management experience
• PMP Certification required
• Strong experience managing full project lifecycle and enterprise technology implementations
• Experience with project accounting, budgeting, and financial tracking
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and business partnership skills
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience using ServiceNow required
• Experience with PeopleSoft is a plus
• Experience managing technical projects in a healthcare environment preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across technical and business teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting healthcare IT or clinical technology initiatives
• Agile or Scrum certification
• Experience working within PMO environments
• Strong change management and process improvement experience
