Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the banking industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with financial products and services, including loans, mortgages, and investment options. Proficiency in banking software and technology. Responsibilities: Engage with clients to understand their financial needs and provide appropriate banking solutions. Manage client accounts, including opening new accounts, processing transactions, and addressing inquiries. Identify opportunities for cross-selling bank products and services to enhance client relationships. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
