Your knowledge is well rounded as a EPM Techno-Functional Solution Architect with end-to-end design, build, implementation, and maintenance experience. You possess deep industry and finance process knowledge and can articulate effective, scalable solutions that bring together strategy, technology, and people. You serve as the primary authority on platform design decisions, integration strategy, and solution quality — bridging technical architecture and functional finance knowledge across enterprise-grade implementations.Besides excellent client delivery skills, you are also someone that has deep understanding and experience in establishing and managing forward looking Center of Excellence (COE) that serves our global client needs from concept to commissioning. You are someone that is respected for mentoring the cross-functional practice team, develop, maintain and continuously improve best practices for the COE, Client delivery, Platform expertise and Industry knowledge.You have a unique skill and experience in collaborating across global teams, internal stakeholders, Partner and Client leaders to constantly serve the best by Accenture enabling us to be the #1 Leader in the market and maintain the status. You are measured on obtaining and sustaining referenceable clients based on the successful delivery of high-quality EPM solutions across the full implementation lifecycle.The Work: Client & Market facing (60% approx.)Works on one or multiple assigned strategic client pursuits and lead a complex delivery at rapid pace to meet client needs and agreed upon contractual objectivesResponsible for end-to-end delivery of the project as accountable delivery leader across – Business, Process, Technical objectives and at required contract metricsOwn the end-to-end technical and functional architecture of EPM implementations across consolidation, planning, reporting, and close management.Lead discovery workshops with CFO, Controller, and finance leadership to capture business requirements and translate them into architectural blueprints.Design comprehensive EPM application architecture including; cube structure, dimensionality, workflow profiles, security models, and data integration frameworks.Establish platform governance standards, coding best practices, and solution design principles across all development workstreams.Design and deliver a Total Enterprise architecture including necessary cross functional integration architecture between EPM and upstream/downstream systems including ERP, HCM, CRM, and data warehouses.Evaluate and select Marketplace solutions, custom extensions, and third-party tools aligned with business needs.Lead technical and functional reviews, ensuring solution quality, scalability, and maintainability.Serve as escalation point for complex technical and functional issues during implementation and post-go-live.Transform user requirements into a comprehensive EPM design utilizing object-oriented principles to create fully extensible applications.Lead clients and team members through all aspects of consulting and delivery phases including discovery, visioning, blueprinting, requirement gathering, design, process transformation, system configuration, testing, deployment, support, and value realization.Grow the practice by owning the new business proposal process — business case creation, SOW preparation, RFP responses, driving client conversations and presentations to develop business opportunities.Manage resource supply and demand planning for both in-flight and upcoming projects.Guide and mentor project resources across project(s)Build and Maintain a COE (20% approx.)Under the guidance of the Global Practice Lead, establish and manage EPM Center of Excellence (COE) to serve global client needs from concept to commissioning.Develop and own methods, standards, best practices continuously improve the COE to be the gold standard for enabling Client engagements, delivery, Platform expertise and Industry knowledge.Manage the Talent plan, Training and Certifications required to differentiate our talent advantageDevelop Lessons Learned repository that serves as a direct input to our best practices refinement and enrichmentOwn and maintain Industry specific assets including defining and creating new assets as requiredCollaborating across global teams, internal stakeholders, Partner and Client leaders to constantly serve the best by Accenture enabling us to be the #1 Leader in the market and maintain the status. You are measured on obtaining and sustaining referenceable clients based on the successful delivery of high-quality EPM solutions across the full implementation lifecycle.Business Development (20% approx.)Under the guidance of the Global Practice Lead, manage the work in-take process, allocate resources, coordinate with Industry and Account teams to ensure a compelling, winning proposal is developed, presented to the clients resulting into an executable contractResponsible to collaborate with Partner resources to align, manage the deal mechanics aligned to Accenture business pursuit guidelinesTravel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 70% depending on business need and client requirements.Here’s what you need: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience designing and developing EPM solutions, including at least 3 full lifecycle enterprise implementationsMinimum of 5 years performance management consulting (Consolidations or Planning) experienceMinimum of 5 year experience in COE establishment & management (EPM Platform)Minimum of 3 years experience leading & facilitating requirement and design workshopsMinimum of 3 years of Industry Expertise/Knowledge in key strategic areas (Manufacturing/Retail, Financial Services, and Energy)Minimum of 2 years of EPM transformational experience (a thorough understanding of the EPM platform functionality and capabilities)OneStream Certified (OPC) or willing to get certified is highly beneficial : Lead Architect or Core Platform ArchitectBachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience).
