Responsibilities Provide total care for residents, including monitoring their condition and needs, administering medications and treatments, and overseeing the nursing assistant-registered (NAR) staff Complete documentation, admit, and discharge residents Report any bruises, skin tears, or neglect found while caring for residents Maintain confidentiality and follow Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA) requirements Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with residents, their families, visitors, and colleagues Qualifications LPN licensure with the KS Board of Nursing Current CPR certification Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPPA regulations Desire to work with the elderly Experience in medical, surgical, or geriatric nursing is preferred but not required Work Schedule 12-hour shifts, 6 am to 6 pm Week 1: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday 3-day weekends every other weekend Never work more than 3 days in a row 7 days off every 14 days Average 2 hours of overtime every week What We Offer Competitive salary of $34.00 - $36.00 per hour with a $2/hr CARES differential and a $5000 signing bonus Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, short- and long-term disability, a flexible spending account (FSA), a 401(k) plan, paid time off (PTO), life insurance, continuing education unit (CEU) reimbursement, and daily pay options #J-18808-Ljbffr Mission Health Communities
