Bilingual Customer Service Representative

To support a project-specific surge in child support services, the full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative will manage intricate inquiries from custodial and non-custodial parents, legal representatives, and state officials through inbound calls and chats while working remotely from San Antonio, TX. Key responsibilities: Handle and resolve complex inquiries regarding child support services, ensuring compliance with Federal Title IV-D regulations and state privacy laws Conduct case research, execute financial assessments, and provide updates on modification statuses while documenting member information Assist with technical issues affecting case processing and maintain communication with customers regarding ongoing incidents Required qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of two years of experience in customer service or a related field Fluency in both English and Spanish Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Windows programs Knowledge of child support policies and customer service techniques Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
